Balinese Roasted Suckling Pig

Roasted Suckling Pig aka Babi Guling is one of the famous dish in Bali. Since Indonesia is muslin country, pork isn't popular there except in Bali. The way of making babi guling is different from what you have here. Finding a Babi guling stand is a bit harder in Bali, coz it's not located in tourist areas, but you can get a taxi driver to bring you there. There are quite a numbers of babi guling stands pop up when you away from tourist areas. I didn't try it when I was in Bali but my friends had. Below some photos I took at the Babi Guling stand.
