Terrible Customer service from Maxis

i never experience such a terrible customer service ever before, my maxis broadband down since 2 weeks ago, called maxis cs center three days in row but no body pick up my call. damm, what kind of customer service this company have. if i have a choice, i will kick maxis out of my list.
